Serving Petrochemical, Industrial, Commercial and Residential Clients In operation since 1984, the Air Conditioning & Maintenance Division specializes in the operation and maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment for air conditioning, chilled water systems, main power stations and plumbing services for petrochemical, industrial, commercial and residential clients.
Our focus is on absolute reliability of the systems; the highest safety standards to protect our employees and our clients; and respect for and protection of the environment. We have the experience and the personnel to successfully carry out large-scope work, from underground chilled water piping for petrochemical plants to main power stations for industrial sites to water chillers, plumbing works, ducting and electrical for high-rise office towers.
Our division has the capability of undertaking annual maintenance contracts of many multi-story buildings, industrial plants, large villa compounds, staff camps and other major accounts. We maintain a large workshop for repairs of all types of air conditioning units, and our team of experienced engineers, foremen and technicians are always on standby to offer prompt and professional service to clients, including a 24-hour emergency call-back service.
