Jeep Gladiator 2020 Launch in Qatar
United Cars Almana launched the new 2020 Jeep Gladiator, during the 6th edition of I Am a Jeeper Event which is organized annually by Qatar Jeep Owners Group.
The event was held in Khor AlOdeid area, where more than 100 Jeep Wrangler owners have gathered to enjoy a unique driving experience on the dunes and to get the opportunity to test drive the New Jeep Gladiator on sand, which features unparalleled four-wheel drive capabilities in the same segment.
On the occasion, Mr. Salem Al Shamsi, the leader of Qatar Jeep Owners Group said: “This year is the 6th edition of I AM A Jeeper Event, which we organize annually in cooperation with Mawater and United Cars Almana”. “This year the experience was very unique especially that it allowed us to experience the New Jeep Gladiator on the sand and discover the 4×4 capabilities of this unique vehicle” he added.

Fiat Chrysler Automobile has launched a limited run of just 300 Jeep Gladiator Launch Edition models that will be made available to customers in the Middle East. Along with a Launch Edition Badge, the Gladiator will have unique features and design elements including 17-inch Mid Gloss Black aluminium wheels r, 33-inch BFgoodrich M/Tires, a wrapped instrument panel mid-bolster painted in Monaco silver and black leather seats with red accent stitching.
Available in Black, Bright White, Billet Silver Metallic, Firecracker Red and Granite Crystal Metallic, the Jeep Gladiator Launch Edition features a body-colour hard top and fender flares. Standard features include LED head and taillights, an 8.4-inch touchscreen, a nine-speaker Alpine premium sound system, keyless entry, Forward Facing TrailCam camera, Blind-spot Monitoring, Rear Cross Path detection, ParkSense rear park assist system, Advanced Brake Assist, Full-Speed Forward Collision Warning Plus, Adaptive Cruise Control with Stop, Trail Rail Cargo Management System, spray-in bedliner and Trailer Tow. Gladiator Rubicon models are capable of towing 7,000 lbs.
All Gladiator models are Trail Rated with a badge indicating that the vehicle is designed to perform in a variety of challenging off-road conditions identified by five key consumer-oriented performance categories: traction, ground clearance, manoeuvrability, articulation and water fording. Gladiator Rubicon models are equipped with signature red tow hooks, Rock-Trac® 4×4 system, featuring a two-speed transfer case with a 4:1 low-range gear ratio, front and rear heavy-duty Dana 44 axles, Tru-Lok® electric front- and rear-axle lockers, segment-exclusive electronic sway bar disconnect, cab and bed rock rails, and Jeep’s upgraded 3.6-liter Pentastar V-6 engine, rated at 285 horsepower and 260 lb-ft. of torque, mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission.
